  1. A tool that tracks your worries, how “real” they are, and what you can do about them
  2. Fill this out if:
    1. You’re worrying about something specific
    2. You’re going away on holiday/vacation and you’re getting pre-trip anxiety
    3. You’re having general anxiety, and you’re not sure where it’s coming from
  3. Using this tool should result in:
    1. A clear picture of your worries
    2. An evaluation of how real and/or important they are
    3. A plan to tackle those worries or throw them out the door
